 Verified Natasha at Moxie completely butchered my hair. Despite showing her photos and explaining my desired style in detail, she gave me something completely different. (See photos for evidence of this disaster.) Her complete disinterest in my requests throughout the appointment was a glaring sign of her unprofessionalism. 

To add insult to injury, when I requested a refund due to her negligence, she exhibited a shocking lack of remorse and responsibility. Natasha was dismissive, unapologetic, and refused to take responsibility. She even tried to gaslight me by claiming it was the haircut I requested. 

If you prioritize hairstylists who actively listen, execute client-requested cuts, and possess basic customer service etiquette, I strongly recommend giving Moxie and Natasha a wide berth. Thankfully, a more skilled stylist managed to salvage the wreckage and rescue my hair from this follicular nightmare.

 Verified I see Monica for blowouts and color. She does a wonderful job and has a personality to match.  Her recommendations for hair color are spot on and I will always use her for my hair needs. SHe is the best and is always available

 Verified Monica did a Great job on my balayage. 
I wasn't quite sure about the color at first it was a little more golden then im used to but it blends in with my grays  and my brown perfectly. I get lots of compliments

 Verified I asked for a balayage, I got highlights that aren't blended at the root so I look like I have tiger stripes. The color is fine, the actual placement is awful.

 Verified Monica's a queen! I've been to her twice: once for coloring & highlights, and again for a haircut. And she's killed it both times! 
She has an amazing talent to just understand what I like from the reference pictures I show her. She's on top of whatever amorphous vision you're trying to reach and then she delivers, no fax no printer. I trust her so much because she can take the inspirations you took from others and fit them to you.
The first time I visited, she transformed my quarantine bleached head into a beautiful sunny brown. Today, she helped me take a huge step in cutting off half my hair length because I really wanted a short wolf cut/mullet. Both were super drastic changes for me and I love how I never walk out of an appointment with regrets.
I literally adore her and her skill. All of her 5 star reviews are definitely deserved. 2/2 would recommend to anyone looking for a great hairstylist in the bay!
